Accessibility Statement

LEVEL 8 EOOD (UIC 208697165, Varna, Bulgaria), operator of Vrachka.eu, is committed to making its website accessible in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition in Bulgaria. This statement describes the current accessibility status of the site.

1. Conformance status

Vrachka.eu aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. The site is currently partially conformant: most content and functionality meet level AA, but some parts (listed below) do not yet fully conform. We treat these as work in progress and improve them continuously.

2. Known limitations

  • AI-generated readings (horoscopes, tarot, coffee, etc.) are delivered as plain text and are screen-reader accessible, but wording varies between generations and is not individually reviewed for reading level.
  • The natal-chart wheel is a graphical SVG; the same planetary positions, houses and aspects are also presented as text tables on the page, but the wheel itself does not yet expose a full text alternative.
  • Some illustrative images (tarot cards, zodiac art) are AI-generated; we are improving their alternative text.
  • Third-party embeds — Stripe Checkout (payments), Google AdSense (advertising) and occasional YouTube/social embeds — are controlled by their providers, and their accessibility is outside our direct control.

4. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите), the market-surveillance authority for the European Accessibility Act in Bulgaria: kzp.bg.
