- For one-time readings we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. How to ask for it is in the refund policy.

- Describe the page and what does not work. We aim to answer within 5 working days, as the accessibility statement says.

Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
At any time, from your profile settings: press the subscription button (“Управление на абонамента”). The payments stop, and access stays until the end of the paid period.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. For one-time readings we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. The poster is not covered by this guarantee. With a subscription, cancelling stops the next payments, and the paid period is not refunded. The details are in the refund policy.
How do I change my personal details?
In the profile editor you change your name and your date, time and place of birth. The profile is deleted from the settings.
Is my data protected?
Yes. It is kept on secure servers and we do not sell it. Which providers process it is in the privacy policy, and which cookies load only after consent is in the cookie policy.
Does my profile work on a phone and a computer?
Yes. You sign in with the same email and password on a phone, a tablet and a computer.
