How a reading reaches you
Your birth data
The date, time and place of birth. The reading for two needs the data of both people, the child horoscope the data of the child.
The payment
You pay online, on a secure payment page. For the reading for two, the natal reading and the yearly horoscope an email is enough; the other readings and the membership need a free account.
How long you wait
A single reading is ready a few minutes after the payment. The first reading of the membership arrives within 24 hours.
The reading
An email arrives with a link, and the reading stays in your profile: online and as a PDF.

Questions about pricing
What does Full Access include?
A monthly membership: the Oracle and tarot spreads have no limit, “Your Day” arrives every morning, and every month “Your Month”: a deep reading of your natal chart from one lunar return to the next. “Your Month” arrives by itself once your natal chart is saved. The synastry and the yearly horoscope are ordered separately. The tarot spreads “Love Spread”, “Career Spread”, “Horseshoe” and “Celtic Cross” open up too, and in the spread interpreter also “Love Relationship” and “Making a Decision”.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. There are two plans, Free and Full Access. You can move to Full Access whenever you like, and when you cancel it, you are back on the free plan once the month you have paid for ends.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. In your profile settings you press “Manage subscription”. The payments stop, and everything stays unlocked until the end of the month you have already paid for. A month that has started is not refunded.
Is there a free trial period?
No. You pay for the first month, and within a day you get your first reading, calculated from your saved natal chart. If you would like to try first, the free plan has no time limit: one question to the Oracle and one tarot spread a day, and dreams have no limit.
Can I buy a reading without a membership?
Yes. The membership is not a condition: every reading is bought on its own, with one payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
A bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, on a secure payment page. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and never pass through Vrachka.
What is the refund policy?
For a single reading: if it is not for you, we refund the full amount within 14 days of the purchase, even if you have opened it. Write to support@vrachka.eu from the email you ordered with. The poster and a started month of the membership have other terms, described in the refund policy.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Your data is handled under the GDPR, and we do not sell it. It goes only to the services the site needs in order to work: the payments, the hosting, the emails and the writing of the readings. More in the privacy policy.
