1. General Information
At Vrachka, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual services with automatically generated readings. This policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds under various circumstances. Please read carefully before purchasing a subscription.
2. 14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU Law)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of initial payment, WITHOUT giving any reason.

Satisfaction guarantee (one-time readings):
Regardless of the exceptions above, for one-time personal readings (full natal reading, synastry, yearly report, karmic, career, child horoscope, lunar return, the "Three Readings" bundle and the deep coffee reading) we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee: if the reading does not resonate with you, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase - no reason required, whether or not you have opened the report. Email support@vrachka.eu from the address used for the order.
3. Refund Policy After 14 Days
