- Sheet of paper and pen
- Matches or lighter
- Fireproof container
Ritual steps
- Preparation: Find a quiet and peaceful place where you will not be disturbed. Cleanse the space by lighting incense or using a cleansing spray. Place all items in front of you.
- Intention: Light the candle. Take the rose quartz in your hands and close your eyes. Feel its gentle energy. Focus on the feeling of love and imagine your heart opening.
