Egg Ritual for Removing Negative Energy
This is an ancient and very effective method for "diagnosing" and cleansing the aura of negative energies, evil eye, or blockages, using the porous structure of the egg to absorb them.

Tuesday or Saturday evening, during a waning moon.
What you will need
- One fresh chicken egg
- Glass of water
- Pinch of salt
Ritual steps
- Preparation: Stay alone in a room. Take the egg and hold it in your hands so it absorbs your energy. Do not wash the egg.
- Cleansing: Starting from the head, slowly "roll" the egg over your entire body without breaking it. Move it over the head, face, neck, arms, chest, abdomen, legs, and feet. Imagine the egg acting as a magnet, drawing out all negativity from you.
- "Reading": After covering the entire body, carefully crack the egg into the glass of water where you previously added a pinch of salt. Be careful not to break the yolk.
- Analysis: Leave the glass for 5-10 minutes. Then examine the shape of the egg white. Bubbles, threads, cobwebs, or cloudy spots are considered indicators of negative energy that the egg has absorbed. A sharp point directed upward may be a sign of the evil eye.
- Completion: Regardless of what you saw, pour the contents of the glass into the toilet and flush twice, saying: "What was mine stays mine, what was foreign returns to its source." Thoroughly wash the glass and your hands.
