State terms before beginning
Describe what the meeting includes, its price and when it ends. An additional service should be a separate offer with a clear price. Do not present another payment as the only way to avoid a predicted misfortune.
Consent has a specific scope
Consent to a conversation is not consent to recording, a public testimonial or retelling someone’s story. Establish each separately. For exercises or publications, prefer an invented example that does not identify a client.
A conclusion remains open to rejection
Describe the reading as interpretation and accept disagreement. These principles are an editorial standard for a respectful meeting, not a claim that one professional licence covers every practice.
