Daily work and maintenance
The sixth house is used for daily work, service, habits and maintenance. Tradition includes health associations, but an astrological chart does not diagnose a condition or determine treatment.
Read the cusp and its ruler
Specify the repeated tasks under discussion, then check the cusp, ruler and planets. For Scorpio, the traditional ruler used here is Mars; a modern association with Pluto should be stated separately.

The starting cusp belongs to this house; the next cusp belongs to the following house. Numbering continues across 360° back to 0°. A different house system may assign the same planetary position to a different house.
